- Log in to your ProDesk account and select My Account on the top-right corner of the Preparer Tool page.
- Locate Account Settings and select Edit.
- Scroll down to Preparer Firm Name to edit.
- Click Save & Continue (either the upper-right or lower-right button) to save your changes.
