A new name, the same software
The TaxVision website is being retired and replaced by ProDesk.tax. Nothing else changes: it is the same professional tax software, the same forms and e-file, the same bank options, and the same support team you already know.
Your account, your clients, and your prior-year returns are exactly where you left them. Simply log in at app.prodesktax.com with your existing credentials.

Bank Options
Partnering with one of our banks gives you the tools you need to obtain ERO loans and provide bank settlement products. Once approved, you will have access to the bank application within the ProDesk software.
The bank enrollment process starts in ProDesk. You simply complete a bank application and then submit it for approval. Once submitted, you will receive an e-mail from the bank with instructions on what to do next.
Support
ProDesk support includes multiple options to fit your unique needs and is always free of cost. You will receive one on one support with a representative familiar with you and your office which will reduce the time in effectively answering questions and/or resolving your issue. We also offer expanded support hours during PEAK season to better assist you. Leave the run around behind and spend more time servicing your clients and filing returns!

Yes. ProDesk.tax is the new name for the TaxVision professional tax software. The software, forms, e-file, bank options and support team are unchanged; only the name and website have changed.
Log in at app.prodesktax.com using your existing TaxVision username and password. Your clients and prior-year returns are all still there.
Every package includes free federal and state e-file, integrated eSignatures via text, client document upload via text, multiple bank options, return summary review, and free phone and remote support.
ProDesk integrates with EPS, Refund Advantage and TPG (Santa Barbara Tax Products Group). Enrollment starts inside the software.
