Application
The Application section on the ProDesk dashboard lets you select the filing type you would like to work in. To change applications, select the drop-down menu next to the current application and choose from:
- Business Tax
- 1099 + W-2
- 1040 (Training)
- 1040
Tax Year selection
The Tax Year section lets you switch between current and prior-year filing seasons. Select the drop-down menu next to the current tax year and choose the desired year.
Current Product
The Current Product displays the package currently active on your account.
Returns Remaining
Returns Remaining lists the number of returns available based on your purchased package.
