How to find the Reports tool
- Log in to your ProDesk account and select REPORTS on the top-right corner of the Preparer Tool page.

The Change View feature lets you customize your reporting experience by selecting filters that align with your business needs. Use the drop-down menus to choose your criteria and quickly organize, analyze, and access the data that matters most. Click Save & Continue to save your changes.
